Services

Find it, fix it, ship it

Three services that answer the same problem: keeping an aircraft serviceable when the straightforward supply route has run out.

Service 01

Hard-to-find sourcing

The core of the business. Out-of-production, depleted and obsolete items for commercial and military aircraft and helicopters worldwide.

You send the requirement

Part number, NSN, platform, quantity and the condition you will accept — new, overhauled or serviceable. A photograph or an illustrated parts catalogue extract is enough when the number is unreadable or superseded.

We research and locate

We trace supersessions and alternate part numbers, then work the request through OEMs, approved repair stations, stockists and surplus holdings across our supplier network until the item surfaces.

We quote with the condition stated

Price, lead time, condition and the certification that will accompany the item. If it cannot be found, we say so rather than leaving the request open.

We ship it to you

Export documentation, customs formalities and hazardous goods handling are prepared by us. Our experience across customs and dangerous goods regulations is part of what you are buying.

Service 02

Repair and overhaul management

Economical alternatives for a wide range of fixed and rotary wing aircraft, through OEMs and OEM-approved repair stations.

What we route

Aircraft and helicopter engines, airframe components, avionics and instruments. Internationally certified facilities overhaul and maintain pneumatics, fuel controls, hydraulics, instruments, avionics and electrical items.

How it is priced

Fixed pricing, flat labour rates and a specified material mark-up percentage, with reduced turnaround times. Programmes are developed in consultation with the OEM concerned.

Whose shops

OEM-approved repair stations, including facilities handling components manufactured by Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce and Snecma.

What you get back

Regional management of the whole repair cycle, so you deal with one party rather than coordinating shops, shipping and paperwork across borders yourself.

Service 03

One stop shop

Sourcing, repair routing, export documentation, hazardous goods compliance and delivery, handled together under one line of responsibility.

It exists because splitting a requirement between a parts broker, a repair agent and a freight forwarder is where schedules slip. One party holding all three removes the gaps between them.
